Why do I snore ?
Firstly, we have to determine what snoring is. When you sleep, as the rest of your body is relaxed, so too are the muscles in your neck.
Usually, they would keep the breathing passages in the throat wide open, so there is plenty of room for the air to move through. When the muscles relax, the airway is not so wide and the air is forced through a smaller space much faster, this causes vibration of the soft tissues of the airways. The vibration of these tissues is more commonly called snoring.
